Clear all bubbles under lock. While doing so carefully drop bombs; they are usually connected to each other so I found it easier to look for connections from above them. 

Unlock chain. Mystery bubbles are revealed. Clear under the bubbles and note that an infection will start coming down from the top. The video shows breaking through the mystery bubbles to stop the infection, but I have also cleared the sides and let the infection come all the way down to the mystery bubbles and still been able to see the ceiling. Head toward the ceiling to clear 9 holes to finish.

To score maximum points you will have to repeatedly make green spiders and shoot the mystery bubbles.
