Take out as many clusters of poison spiders as you can right at the beginning around the mystery bubbles. Then you can concentrate on clusters of the other bubbles so you can build up your green spiders as you move toward the ceiling. (If you want, and when you can, shoot the mystery bubbles. They can really increase your score.) Drop the ceiling.
