Use all 4 potions.
Opening the first Lock is easy. After that, you have two bombs waiting for you. You have eight shots before the bombs explode. Study the bubbles around the bombs. Drop one bomb and then the other. You might have to bank your shots off the wall to drop the right bomb. Open the next set of locks. You will need the rainbow bubble here to drop the bomb quickly. But also remember not to panic because you do have eight shots before it explodes. There is also Disease Bubbles. Work quickly to drop the bomb and not so much about the Disease Bubbles. Aim for the ceiling to drop the rest of your bubbles.
You are going to use quite a few bubbles on this level. That is why it is important to use all of your potions. The trick is to try and save your Rainbow Bubbles for the end. This level is hard, so it's important to drop that last bomb. The Disease Bubbles will keep you from shooting too high. Remember to work at the middle banking your shots, or drop the ceiling down right away.
