You have to get five shots in a row (make pairs to start if you have to), then shoot the mystery bubbles, then use your rainbow bubbles on the ceiling. (Your last rainbow bubble should drop the ceiling.)

You should have at least 3 green spiders by then when you drop the ceiling. I did this and got two stars even though out of four mystery bubbles two were bombs and one was an infection.
