Clear most of the bubbles under the lock but especially those on the left and right sides; open lock; infection will start to come down on left and right sides so clear the sides first; move toward ceiling creating yellow and green spiders on the way. When you have a green spider, drop the sides above the black bubbles (you'll know the color needed from scrolling or screenshot taken at beginning). Clear 8 holes in the ceiling; on the 9th hole, make sure you have at least one green spider if possible before dropping ceiling.
