Use all 4 potions.
The first four blocks of color are safe to hit but NOT the one to the right of the skulls. That one wraps around a bomb on the upper right, then goes toward the middle and down again to the right of another set of skulls which you can see in the middle. So be careful you don't hit them there either...they are connected! See the screen shot below. Study it carefully. These five blocks of color will change color every time you play the game but there will always be five blocks.

After you have cleared the other four, work to clear the bottom right so you can use the corner for angle shots to clear the left side. Do not hit the long block of bubbles…they are connected to a hidden bomb.
Work on the far left. Ultimately, you're looking to move upwards so you can see the three bombs: one on the left; one in the middle and one on the right.
When you can see the bomb on the right, you can always hit the long line of bubbles and then plug the bomb if you want. Usually, that one only has one or two colors of bubbles around it and is quite easy to release.
Then release the left bomb.
Do NOT try and release the middle bomb until you're close to clearing the ceiling because it is stuck to the row of black bubbles! You will have to work around it so pay attention to the bubbles that lead back to it.
