Get the locks done as quickly as possible; it does not matter about losing your spiders with the poison bubbles that drop as long as you lose them right at the beginning since you can gain them back once the locks have opened.

Once the locks are opened, however, avoid the poison spiders and begin trying to make five shots in a row so you can get a green spider.

I first looked for a large block of colored bubbles and then had to use a rainbow bubble to break them to get close to the ceiling.

Clear your ceiling of nine holes as soon as possible to drop it with as many bubbles as you can. Before you drop the ceiling, try to keep your burst bubbles AWAY from your green spiders.It is really important to have at least one green spider on this one for the ceiling drop as I have tried it without and never reached 1 star.
