Useful: Charm of Salvation and Charm of Antidote

Go slow! and plan your shots. Begin by going up the sides, if possible, to stop the infection that will be traveling down. 

As you go, drop the bombs on the ends of the rows of doom skulls and the doom skulls themselves. At the last row, you will be at the lock; clear the bubbles, make sure the sides have been dropped, and unlock it. Then it's an easy run to the ceiling. Make green spiders as you go to maximize points and have at least one green spider before you clear the 9th hole in the ceiling. 

Alternatively, use the Charm of Salvation to drop two of the rows of doom skulls; and use the Charm of Antidote to reverse the infection if it has traveled too far down.
