Use all your potions except for the extra ceiling holes unless you feel like taking a chance. There are two bombs that are on the second row from the top. Those bombs will start counting down the minute you unlock the gate.
Start the level by clearing away one side of the bubbles. Then using bank shots, shatter the crystal bubbles at the top of the column in the center and drop them as soon as you can. Using more bank shots, drop the other side of bubbles. Then unlock the gate. You should be able to see the ceiling and the two bombs. Go straight up to the next lock.

If you want to just pass the level, go straight to the ceiling and clear 9 holes and drop it. You may have to plug or drop the bombs first. If you want a higher score and you have the extra bubbles to do it, create some green spiders (after you have disposed of the bombs) before you drop the ceiling.
