Work on the left and right sides around the outside of the black bubbles. There is a bomb on each side which is fairly easy to drop as you travel upwards. Then bank your shots in toward the center to drop the black bubbles (but be careful to miss the doom skulls). Continue on up and keep on banking shots toward center to drop doom skulls. Aim high and drop sides; clear 9 holes in ceiling to finish level.
