I cleared the left side so I could use angle shots to clear above the row of bombs. If you do this you will drop many bubbles at one time.
Then you will be near the ceiling, and can use the right side to work toward the left and up toward the ceiling above the bombs. You may have to set a bomb off to release a row of bubbles but make sure you are in a position to plug it up again before you do.
