How to Contact Facebook for Item Paid For But Not Received

Instructions from King.com (from FAQ's):

If you paid for an item with Facebook Credits and did not receive it, here are the steps you must take. (Be sure you are logged into the account that you are inquiring about).

1.  Go to "Settings."

2.  Go to "Payments."

3.  Go to "Learn More About Facebook Payments."

4. Click "Report a Problem With a Games Purchase or an Unauthorized Transaction."

5. Click on the word "contact."

6. Continue to follow instructions and submit form.
