So much of this level depends upon the right color of bubbles turning up. I'm assuming you watched the video? Then you know you need to break the chain, which will trigger the bombs, and then you need to plug the bombs back up to continue. After that, you need good angle shots to drop the middle section and you can then go after the side sections which contain more bombs. After the bombs are dropped, you're home free.
