 You need some luck with this one getting the right color bubbles to drop the bombs! 

Clear all around the linked bubbles but do not shoot them. 

Clear above them except for two or more bubbles of the same color. (You can put unused bubbles to the left/right or under the infected bubbles.) 

Now break the locks. 

Clear as much as you can around the bombs. Make each shot count. Here is where you need some luck! Shoot the linked bubbles, and using your rainbow bubbles if you have to, drop the bombs. 

The rest of the way is easy.
