You cannot collect coins from the BWS ALL HELP website on an iPad or iPhone because flash player is not available on an Apple device. You can, however, use a special browser, such as Puffin, located HERE, on your iPad or iPhone so that you can collect coins.
In order to collect coins on your iPhone/iPad, you must PURCHASE the Puffin BROWSER through the App store. It is $3.99 (as of last publication). There is a free Puffin browser (green icon) but it WILL NOT work.
You must buy the Puffin browser that has the BLUE icon. The (blue/purchased) Puffin browser will bypass the Safari browser to allow you to collect the coins. It's the Apple Safari browser that prevents you from collecting coins.
You need Flash access to collect coins. Personally, we have never had anyone successfully purchase/collect coins with this method.
Now, if you also have a LAPTOP or PC in your household, you could set up Linkclump Extension through the Google Chrome BROWSER, collect coins on your computer, and they will sync to your iPad. (That's what many players do). Remember, Google is a WEBSITE, Bing is a WEBSITE, Google Chrome is a BROWSER. Linkclump is an extension in Google Chrome.
CONNECTING TO FACEBOOK
If you cannot connect to Facebook (or sync your game);
1. Go to your device's Settings menu.

2. Scroll down and tap on Facebook.
3. Here you will have a Bubble Witch Saga Setting. Please disable > re-enable this setting.

The Facebook connect should now work.
