Go up the middle as far as possible and start going out to the sides exposing the mystery bubbles.
You don't want yellow spiders! You want to turn those blue spiders green by shooting the mystery bubbles so when you have a few blue ones, start shooting mystery bubbles.
Then when you have some green spiders, go for some big drops by shooting out to the sides. Then repeat the process.
I had about 30 bubbles when I cleared the ceiling with two green spiders.
