Here is the description and Instructions as per King.com:
Description of Game
The three witches are looking for a new addition to their
circle. You have been invited to their haunted house to prove your worth. Can
you create enough spiders and keep the cauldron bubbling?
Instructions:
Aim and shoot with the mouse. Match 3 of the same color to remove them.
Every shot that bursts bubbles will add a new spider. If you don't burst bubbles, two spiders are removed.
The score for the falling bubbles increase every time they bounce on a spider.
Sound simple enough?

GAME SCORING
There are three kinds of spiders: Blue,
Gold and Green.
Blue spiders are the most common ones. You can have a maximum of 10
spiders, regardless of type.
Gold spiders give you twice the score when the bubbles bounce on
them. Gold spiders are generated every time you burst bubbles with 3 shots in a
row. Blue spiders can be upgraded to Gold if you have all 10 spiders. In that
case, every 3rd bursting shot will upgrade one blue spider to a Gold one.
Green spiders split all bubbles that bounce on them into 2 different
bubbles. A green spider becomes a blue spider a short while after it has been
hit for the first time. Green spiders are created when you make 5 bursting
shots in a row. You can also upgrade Blue spiders to Green ones by shooting 5
bursting shots in a row when you have 10 spiders on the screen.

Bursting a bubble: 10 points
If you shoot several bursting shots
in a row, the score will increase with 5 points per bubble for each shot.
Example: You shoot 4 bursting shots
in a row, and with the 5th shot, you burst 3 bubbles. Your score for that shot
will be (5+5+5+5+5) x 3 = 75 points.
Falling bubbles
1 bounce: 25 points
2 bounces: 50 points
3 bounces: 100 points
4+ bounces: +100 points per bounce.
Falling bubbles
1 bounce: 25 points
2 bounces: 50 points
3 bounces: 100 points
4+ bounces: +100 points per bounce.
Example: A falling bubble bounces 5 times. The score will be (25 + 50 + 100 + 100 + 100) = 375 points. If a spider is a Double spider, the score for that spider will be doubled. Every falling bubble will also fall into one of the cauldrons, adding the 100, 500 or 1000 points on top of the bounce score.
Note that the score popups over the cauldrons can add several bubbles into one score if a lot of bubbles fall down at once.
How do I improve my score to pass with at least one Star?
How to get more points: Always Remember
“It
is Better to DROP than to POP”
Bubbles bouncing on Spiders earn MORE points than just popping them.
Bubbles bouncing on Spiders earn MORE points than just popping them.
- You create
spiders by shooting at a combination of 3 Bubbles (or more) combinations.
- You get GOLD
spiders by bursting Bubbles 3 times in a row. A gold spider will double
the point value of each bounced bubble.
- Turn Blue
spiders Green by bursting Bubble combinations 5 times in a row. Green
spiders make your Bubbles multiply when they bounce on them.
To Really Improve your Score you
Need Green Spiders
- If you have 10
gold spiders you can't get a green one.
- If you're
nearly ready to drop the ceiling and have enough Bubbles left you can create
a green spider by deliberately missing 2 shots so you lose 4 gold spiders.
The spiders will come back one by one as blue ones and of the four you
lost one will come back green.
- Make sure you
use the missed shots to make pairs so you have enough to not miss any for
at LEAST 5 shots to get your green spider.
- WARNING: if you have a green spider and MISS a
shot… the green spider is the one that goes away.
Then you can drop the ceiling.

How can I make sure I
shoot Bubble combos 5 times in a row?
ALWAYS line up your next shot. Think to yourself: if I shoot this green, will I then be able to shoot the red that is in the cauldron? You don’t want to miss a 3 bubble combo or you will lose spiders.
Always remember that falling Bubbles are worth much more than Bubbles that just burst. Keep as many spiders at the bottom as you can by never missing. Never miss by always lining up your next shot.
Morph bubbles are introduced at level 106 and are trickier.

The next thing, don't always take the EASY shot.
If Bubbles are close to a wall you can drop a bunch if you shoot the two that are holding them up.
See picture below:
The blue bubbles in circle number 1 is the EASY shot. But if you shoot at circle #2 or #3, it will drop the bunch of bubbles that are connected to them. LOTS OF BUBBLES DROPPING AND BOUNCING! The EASY shot is not always the BEST shot.
If I shoot at Circle #2... I clear that side. Then have a WALL that I can
bounce Bubbles off to clear out the middle, other side or ceiling if I want, depending on what I need. (This is called "bank shots.") If it is one of those levels where you can't see the ceiling, just concentrate on clearing the lower ones. This is made a LOT easier if you can bank shots.

THE GAP
Don't be so focused on shooting 2 Bubble clusters to make 3 that you miss a GAP opportunity. In the example picture below, you will see I have a BLUE Bubble ready to shoot and instead of shooting at the top bubbles or the bottom bubbles, I shoot right in the middle.
NOTE: Not all GAPS are this easy to see. The gaps can also be just one Bubble either side, or they can be angled. Keep your eyes open!
And remember:
Don’t rush levels. That’s the GREAT thing about this game; it’s not timed. You can walk away mid-game to make a coffee and come back and sit and think.
Don’t think - "Oh no I have to hurry up and clear a path!" You don't. The bomb ONLY ticks down by the number of shots you make so go and have a coffee then look again.
You'll be surprised the shots you can see with fresh eyes.
