There have been many complaints about requests not going through. We have been advised that the issues regarding notifications/requests are related to Facebook limitations. While you may send out 10 requests for help, only five may be received by your friends because of those limitations. This is not a glitch in the game. What this means is that you may have to send repeated requests for help so that they are received.
We would suggest you always send the maximum requests for help that the game allows of fifty at a time, which you can do over and over again until you have sent your request to all your Bubble Witch friends. (If you don't have enough friends for this, please put your name under the ADD ME image in the All Help and Activities Group. Just click on the image above.)
You should also always refresh your map screens over and over again until you have responded to all your requests, even though some may appear to be duplicates.
Finally, do not wait until you are out of lives before requesting lives! Make your request once you have lost about half to ensure that you never run out of lives! Any that are returned to you that you don't need are converted to coins.
