You are NEVER stuck in Eternal Isles.
The video is slow to begin because we used to be able to open multiple islands at a time, but then you will see where you click the black ghosts, send requests, wait for your friends to send unlocks, collect your unlocks, go to the next island, send out friend requests, etc...
You can only unlock
one island at a time.
