When accepting a new Facebook friend, the first thing I do is go see what games they play, and then I block the games we do not have in common.
I do not want their Game Clutter in my news feed.
This is just ONE WAY to block unwanted games you do not play.

If you change your mind, and want to play a game you have blocked, you can always unblock it through fb or go to the Facebook App page of the game, click on their url to play the game, and it will ask you if you want to unblock the game. You will click Yes.
