Clear some bubbles from the bottom. Go up the center and drop the first center bomb. Then drop a side bomb and the entire side. (The colors of the bubbles may dictate dropping either the left or right bombs first. If so, that's okay. Just drop the center next.) Use bank shots across to clear the other side above the bomb and to see the ceiling. Begin to clear the ceiling, making green spiders as you go. Make sure you have at least one green spider before clearing the 9th hole.
